Coach john told me the reason of my knee/leg is so painfully this few months after i run after training,when i asked him yesterday.I am also not quite how to say it out.Basically he said i need to rest for 3months.I can shoot basketball,If i want to maintain my stamina,i got to go swimming 2to3 times a week.Swim for 30laps,after every week increase 5laps.Guess i will rest after zhenghua cup end.I am feeling so down.
